Team Spotlesss Service Policy

At Team Spotlesss, we aim to provide professional, reliable, and consistent service to all of our clients. Please review the following service terms:


Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Services are booked in advance via our website or directly.
     
  • We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
     
  • Late changes may incur a fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
     

What’s Included in Your Cleaning
Each service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, wiping surfaces, removing trash, and tidying. Deep cleaning includes appliances, baseboards, grout, and hard-to-reach areas.


Eco-Friendly Products
We proudly use safe and natural products like vinegar, baking soda, and biodegradable disinfectants. These are safe for pets, children, and the environment.


Items We Don’t Clean

  • Biohazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids)
     
  • Pest infestations
     
  • High exterior windows
     
  • Areas requiring climbing or special safety gear
     

Before & After Photos
We may take discreet before/after photos for training or marketing purposes, with your permission.


Payments & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
     
  • We accept major cards and digital payments.
     
  • Late payments incur a €20 late fee after 48 hours.
     

Damages & Breakages
While we treat every home with care, accidents may happen. Please report any concerns within 24 hours. We are insured and will work to resolve all claims fairly.


Your Responsibility

  • Ensure clear access to the property.
     
  • Secure valuables and breakables.
     
  • Let us know of any special requests in advance.
