At Team Spotlesss, our mission is to provide professional, reliable, and consistent services for every client. Please review the following terms before booking.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
- Services can be booked online through our website or directly with our office.
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.
- If our cleaner cannot access your property, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
What’s Included in Your Cleaning
- Standard Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and light tidying.
- Deep Cleaning: Includes all Standard Cleaning plus baseboards, inside windows, appliances, grout, and hard-to-reach areas.
Add-On Services
Available by request for an additional fee:
- Inside oven, fridge, or cabinets.
- Interior windows.
- Laundry and folding.
- Organization projects.
- Yacht detailing and add-ons.
- Landscaping extras (pruning, planting, seasonal cleanup).
Please schedule add-ons in advance so we can bring the correct supplies and allow sufficient time.
Eco-Friendly Promise
We use natural, safe, and eco-friendly products (vinegar, baking soda, biodegradable disinfectants) upon request. These are safe for children, pets, and the environment.
Items We Cannot Clean
- Biohazards (blood, mold, bodily fluids).
- Pest infestations.
- High exterior windows or areas requiring ladders or special gear.
- Extremely cluttered or unsafe environments.
Before & After Photos
With your permission, we may take discreet photos for training or marketing purposes.
Payments & Fees
- Payment is due on the day of service.
- We accept cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, and online transfers.
- Late payments incur a €20 late fee after 48 hours.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- Contact us within 3 days if you are unsatisfied.
- We will re-clean the affected area at no extra cost if the issue is valid.
- Refunds are not offered; partial adjustments may be applied in certain cases.
Damages & Breakages
We treat your property with care, but accidents can happen. Please report any concerns within 24 hours. We are insured and will handle claims fairly.
Your Responsibility
- Ensure clear and safe access to the property.
- Secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning.
- Inform us in advance of special requests or restricted areas.
Client Agreement
By booking, you agree to these policies. These terms help us maintain reliable, professional, and consistent care for your property.
